The McLaren Artura is a plug-in hybrid sports car produced since 2022 and the brand's first series-production V6 hybrid. It introduces the McLaren Carbon Lightweight Architecture (MCLA), a new carbon-fibre platform designed around electrification.
A 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged V6, notable for its 120-degree bank angle, produces 577 hp, while an electric motor adds 94 hp for a combined 671 hp and 720 N-m of torque. A 7.4 kWh battery weighing 88 kg sits behind the cabin and gives roughly 31 km of electric-only range. McLaren claims 0-100 km/h in 2.9 seconds and a top speed of 330 km/h.
The Artura is offered as a coupe, with kerb weight around 1,498 kg, and as the Spider roadster at about 1,560 kg. It signals McLaren's shift toward hybrid powertrains across its range.
