The Bentley Continental GT is a grand touring car built at Crewe since 2003 and the first new Bentley launched after Volkswagen's 1998 acquisition of the company. It was pivotal in reviving the brand, being the first Bentley to use mass-production manufacturing techniques while retaining handcrafted interiors.

The range has offered twin-turbocharged powertrains throughout: a 6.0-liter W12, producing up to 782 PS in recent forms, and a 4.0-liter V8 rated between 550 and 680 PS. The current fourth-generation cars add hybrid technology, with the Speed variant reaching 62 mph in 3.2 seconds.

Now in its fourth generation, the Continental GT was also the first production car with an entire body side formed by the Super Formed aluminum process, a departure from conventional stamping.
