The Lexus RC F is the high-performance version of the RC coupe, which debuted in 2013 on the IS platform. Unveiled at the 2014 Detroit auto show and sold from the 2015 model year, the RC F is Lexus's rear-wheel-drive performance coupe.

It is powered by a 5.0-litre naturally aspirated V8, the 2UR-GSE, producing 473 PS (467 bhp) at 7,100 rpm and 527 N-m of torque, driving through an 8-speed transmission. The engine uses the Atkinson cycle at cruising speeds for efficiency. Equipment includes Brembo brakes, a torque-vectoring differential, and an active rear spoiler.

The Track Edition, introduced in 2019, focuses on weight reduction through carbon-ceramic brakes, titanium exhaust parts, and extensive carbon fibre, trimming roughly 80 kg. The RC F has also competed widely, including in Super GT and international GT3 racing.
